- As chocolate fondue. Grab a platter of whatever you want for dipping—strawberries, bananas, pretzels—and go for it!

Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients over medium heat and stir until the butter has melted and everything is glossy and smooth. Set aside to cool.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a month, or store in the freezer for up to three months. If the sauce becomes too thick once cooled, reheat it in the microwave in 10-20 second intervals or in a pot on the stove, until the desired consistency is reached.
